Kanosuke Single Malt 2021 FIRST EDITION is a 3-year-old Japanese whisky made from 100% malted barley. It is aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and mellowed kozuru shochu barrels, giving it a complex flavor profile with notes of honey, vanilla, fruit, and spice. The whisky was released in a limited edition of 1,200 bottles and is bottled at cask strength.
